We were delighted to welcome Christine for a wonderful session of Laughter Yoga 🧘‍♀️ — and what fun and laughter we had!
Laughter yoga is based on simple techniques that encourage deep breathing and playful laughter exercises. The idea is to exercise the lungs, increase oxygen intake, and boost circulation throughout the body. This helps to improve mood, reduce stress, and promote an overall sense of wellbeing — all through the joy of laughter.
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the session, and there were smiles all around. We certainly made plenty of room for all those Easter eggs afterwards!
