I've completed my 80km walk for Women's Aid, and my heart is overflowing. This journey has been emotional, grounding, and deeply meaningful. Each step reminded me of strength - the strength it takes to leave, to heal, to rebuild, and to choose safety.

To everyone who donated, shared, encouraged, or simply wished me well... thank you. You walked this challenge with me. Your support doesn't just lift me - it supports the women and children who rely on Women's Aid for safety and hope.

This challenge may be complete, but the message continues:
Every woman deserves safety.

I'm stepping into the final week of my 80km February challenge for Women's Aid, and my heart feels full and open.

This month has been more than a physical challenge - it ha been a journey of reflection, compassion, and deep gratitude. As I walk, I hold in my heart the women who are finding their way out of fear and into safety. Women's Aid gives them a lifeline, a voice, and the chance to begin again. That is why this walk matters.

I'm almost at the finish line now, with just 8.95km left to go. Thank you to everyone who has supported me - your encouragement is felt with every step. Together, we are walking the path of hope. 🤍✨

As I continue on my challenge of walking 80km in February for Women's Aid I'm feeling the beautiful grounding effects of moving with intention.

Walking is such a simple yet powerful medicine.
It softens stress, clears the mind, releases stagnant energy, and brings us home to ourselves. Every step this week has felt like a moment of healing - a moving meditation wrapped in fresh air and clarity.

CHALLENGE UPDATE - I've now reached 53.12km and I'm honoring how far I've come. Thank you for every word, share, and message. Your support adds it's own energy to this journey.

This month I'm honouring a cause very close to my heart. I've begun my journey to walk 80km for Women's Aid, holding space for the women and children who need safety, support, and a chance to rebuild their lives.

Walking has always been a healing practice for me - a way to reconnect with my breath, my body, and the earth beneath my feet. Each step feels like a quiet prayer... a reminder that forward movement is powerful, even when taken slowly.

Week 1 is complete and we're into week 2 and I feel deeply grateful. Grateful for the support, the messages of encouragement, and the energy you've sent my way. Thank you for walking this path with me.
