Tied to the Buddhist themes of mortality, mindfulness and living in the present, Japanese cherry blossoms are a timeless metaphor for human existence.
Blooming season is powerful, glorious and intoxicating, but tragically short-lived — 🌸a visual reminder that our lives, too, are fleeting. ♡
● with all this downtime we suddenly have ,Why not step back and marvel at our own passing time on earth with the same joy and passion ?
Why do we neglect to revel in life when it can end at any moment, or in the grace surrounding us everywhere: our family, friends, a stranger’s smile, a child’s laugh, new flavours on our plate or the scent of green grass? It is time, cherry blossoms remind us, to pay attention.

Hi there , thank you for taking the time to check out my page

A little about me .... My name is Eilis , originating from the Wet’n’ Wild west coast of Ireland but now you will find me residing on the not so wet East coast of Ireland.

Working now for over a decade in the Health and fitness industry. During this time working in the industry, i have studied and observed , and qualified in many different aspects of the industry from Personal Training , Strength and Conditioning Coaching to Pilates and of course all the fitness classes one can imagine to find down at your local gym .

My true Passion however lies in functional mobility and injury prevention .
