Our Beginnings

Its great to see so many people playing sports and keeping fit. There has been a huge upturn in the fitness industry, so much so that the most amateur sports are becoming increasingly professional. the other side of this is the physical demand on the human body is becoming so much more!!

This leads to people training for their sports and playing games up to 5 times a week!!

Thats just as much as professionals train!!!

However we know from working with high level athletes day in day out that day have access to massage, Cryotherapy, recovery boots, Infrared Saunas etc
