❤️ 🔥 TO HEART WITH BRIGID 🔥 ❤️
Join and Trisha for a gentle but powerful session to celebrate, connect, and create with Brigid.

Trisha will open with a heart opening rose tea ceremony to soften ourselves into circle. Then Ellen will share her knowledge on Brigid and her association with the wells and fire of Eire.

She will then lead us in a spring inspired yin practice to make space to hear our own inner wisdom and let go of what no longer serves us.

Trisha will guide you in a heart meditation to bring in your desires and manifest for the year of the fire horse 🐎 ✨️.

We emerge together and set our intentions into the creation of Brigid's cross for you to take into your home.

We are capping the capacity on this one so we can keep the container gentle but powerful. So if you hear the call, DM to secure your spot.

May Brigid's wise heart and inner fire guide you as we emerge from this winter time.

Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra: Somatic Unwinding and Deep Rest

Soften, release, and restore with mindful movement.

This class begins with gentle somatic yoga practices designed to loosen the whole body, calm the nervous system, and invite ease into every joint and muscle. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll awaken body awareness and dissolve layers of tension held in the tissues. Each class will finish with a restorative Yoga Nidra to bring you home to yourself ✨️
