We also know that most people aren't sure where to start or don't have the motivation to keep it up. Our Physiotherapist-Led Group Exercise Classes are designed with health in mind. In our classes, we target all-round fitness for health - cardio-vascular fitness, whole-body strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We do all of this in a safe, friendly, fun and informative environment. Stick around at the end for a cup of tea and a chat!! We also offer 1:1 physiotherapy consultations and treatments.
