Physiotherapy service based out of the magnificent Watershed facility in Kilkenny. We take a different approach to physiotherapy, an approach with YOU in mind. Overcome the things that hold you back. In doing so, get back to doing the THINGS THAT MATTER TO YOU in your life 🎯📈😊. We know how important exercise and activity is for your body. We also know that most people aren't sure where to start or don't have the motivation to keep it up. Our Physiotherapist-Led Group Exercise Classes are designed with health in mind. In our classes, we target all-round fitness for health - cardio-vascular fitness, whole-body strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We do all of this in a safe, friendly, fun and informative environment. Stick around at the end for a cup of tea and a chat!! We also offer 1:1 physiotherapy consultations and treatments. We strive to find out about you and whatever issues are holding you back. We will work with you to develop a plan that is INFORMED BY YOU, the demands of YOUR LIFE and YOUR GOALS.
