Do you have an AED at work?
If yes, have you ever actually took the time to familiarise yourself with it πŸ€”πŸ€”
There are many different models of AED.
Thats why we bring several different AED trainers with us on our First Aid courses.
Having staff trained is vital, having them familiar and confident with THEIR AED is just as important.

vist our website for more details.

First aid steps for object in eye.

Do not touch or rub: Avoid rubbing or touching the affected eye, as this can cause further damage.
Blink: Try blinking several times to see if the object dislodges naturally.
Flush with water:
Gently rinse the eye with clean water. You can use a clean measuring cup, a gentle stream from a tap, or a shower head.
Tilt your head back and let the water run from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner.
Keep the eye open during flushing.
Continue flushing for at least 20 minutes if possible.

Red cards???
We advise keeping elbows down 😏
