At AIB, employees are encouraged to give back to their communities by spending two paid working days each year volunteering with local groups and organisations.

This initiative gives AIB employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing new perspectives, skills, and experiences.

We were delighted to welcome a team of AIB volunteers recently to Bloom School of Horticulture. Their energy, dedication and teamwork truly showcased how many hands can make a big difference in just one day! πŸŒ±πŸ‘

SOS Kilkenny is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sr. Stanislaus Kennedy. As one of the founders of our organisation, Sr. Stan played a pivotal role in shaping SOS Kilkenny's purpose and values.

Throughout her life, Sr. Stan championed the rights and dignity of those most vulnerable in our society and laid the foundation for the work we continue today. We remain profoundly grateful for her unwavering dedication to social justice and her lifelong commitment to building a more inclusive Ireland.

Sr. Stan’s legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched and the transformative change she inspired across the country.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Pictured is Sr. Stan at our 50th Celebrations in July with our CEO, Francis Coughlan.
