Elite Living Nutrition Laura Warren is a Multi-Award Winning Health & Nutrition Professional with an infectious passion for health, fitness and nutrition.

She is an Accredited Menopause Educator and specialises in Menopause, Hormones & Weight Loss. She has been involved in the health and beauty industry for fifteen years and she believes the two go hand in hand. Laura says that when it comes to your health you deserve better answers than you’ll find with an online search. You need information you can trust, that will answer your questions, ease your concerns and protect your health. There is plenty of free information online but a lot of it should not be trusted and is based on yo-yo dieting which can ruin bodies and lives. Laura’s aim is to empower people all over the world to really improve their health. And that, she believes, is a marathon, not a sprint.

“Real long-term health can’t be found in a fat burning regime,” she says. “Nobody can outrun a bad diet!”

Laura’s philosophy is that beauty begins within. “Men and women deserve to feel their best and be their best,” says Laura, who is the winner of the Global Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Awards 2020, and has been named the Health & Nutrition Influencer of the Year (Ireland). Health and beauty have driven Laura’s career since 2005, when she graduated with ITEC and CIBTAC qualifications, having specialised in beauty therapy and skincare. Laura is a graduate in Health & Nutrition Coaching and Sports Nutrition for Weight Control and Performance. She has an advanced BTEC Diploma with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health and is a member of The Nutrition Society, the Association of Health Care Journalists and the prestigious Harvard Health Medical School, which has more than 11,000 doctors and medical researchers, including nutrition professors, on its register. Laura is a former Miss Irish Sun. She has shared photo sessions with models from some of the world’s biggest agencies and featured in magazine shoots with several of them. She was nominated for the Littlewoods Blog Awards Ireland in 2016 and 2017. In 2019 she was nominated at the Beauty Blog Awards Ireland in the Best Nutritional Influencer category, alongside some of the very best in the Industry, such as Roz Purcell, Rosanna Davison and Joe Wicks. Laura was named as the Best Nutrition Influencer Ireland for three years in a row 2020 & 2021 & 2023. She was crowned the winner of the Global Health & Pharmaceutical Awards 2020 , 2021 & 2023 and announced as the winner of the Irish Enterprise Awards 2021. She was also named as the Best Nutritionist Ireland 2022 & 2023. Laura wants to help people make lasting changes to their eating habits, to ensure a healthier and happier lifestyle. The most effective way to ensure your body gets all the essential vitamins and minerals is through a balanced, wholesome diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. While supplements can be helpful in certain cases—such as deficiencies, pregnancy, or specific health conditions—they are not a substitute for nutritious foods.

Important facts about supplements:

✅Many supplements are synthetically manufactured and may contain fillers or additives.
✅Overuse or misuse of supplements can lead to adverse effects, including digestive issues and nutrient imbalances.
✅Not all supplements are regulated strictly, so their safety and efficacy can vary.
It’s best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

Remember, a well-rounded diet is your best source of essential nutrients. Focus on real, whole foods for optimal health!

The only two supplements I take are vitamin D because I can’t be in the sun so I drink my vitamin D and the other one is folic acid as I have to get regular blood tests done and my last bloods showed low folic acid because of my Hemi thyroidectomy for removal of my tumour in my neck but that’s a small price to pay for being cancer free so we will take that 💪

Always get full bloods done by your GP before you go taking supplements your body possibly doesn’t need. Your blood tests will show exactly what you’re deficient in.

🦋Soothing Soak and Sips Hotel Killarney

Celebrating my mommas heavenly birthday this weekend in style and what better way to start than raise a glass to her gorgeous soul soaked in their whirlpool bath bath in our suite. I know if she saw this she’d smile. We love this hotel because they are pet friendly so we could bring our carebears. It’s Alfie’s first holiday and he’s loving it. I will put some proper videos up tomorrow as I want to enjoy every second of this before weHARROWlarney French restaurant. We have been before it’s amazing.
