Asgard Cleanroom Solutions is a progressive cleanroom / controlled environment design and construction company established in 2000. We are the leader in Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical Sector, Micro Electronics, Semiconductor and Battery Manufacturing facilities. Our primary focus is on the design, manufacture, and construction of cGMP (GxP) controlled environments. All our designs are developed in Revit from LOD 100 to 500 inclusive of COBie asset management data for client’s operation and maintenance manuals. We work in partnership with architectural engineering houses, main contractors (EPCMv Contractors) and End Users to build a long-term working relationship. We understand the need for compliance and adhere to the highest regulated standards from the European Medicines Agency (EMA), ISO and FDA. The success of Asgard has been underpinned with a total commitment to health & safety, quality, and the environment. We are accredited under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Asgard Modular Manufacturing recently completed the design, manufacture and delivery of a HV Switchgear / LV Control room module for a global engineering and project management firm.

The module consisted of a complete fire rated enclosure including SRB 1 rated security doors with overhead removable panel for equipment access.

The module also incorporated universal pressure relief vents for use in the event of switchgear arc flash to protect the fire rating of the enclosure.

The module was delivered to the Swangate Energy Storage facility located at Rotherham, UK.

Great Asgard Bake Off Castlecomer

As part of our Health and Well-being initiatives at the Asgard, we held our “Great Asgard Bake Off” In aid of the Ronald Mc Donald House Charities. The Ronald McDonald House allows families to stay close to their child for as long as their child is undergoing treatment in Children's Children's Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres in Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly in Dublin

Our employees in our Kilkenny and Castlecomer offices didn’t hesitate to get involved, serving up an array of mouth-watering sweet and savoury dishes that truly impressed the judges.

The Castlecomer office sweet category saw Elena Petrocenco receiving 3rd place, Conor Kealy receiving 2nd place, with Donal Lawlor scooping first prize and being crowned Star Sweet Baker. The results of the savoury category saw Seamus Lyons receiving 3rd place, Thomas McGrath receiving 2nd place, with Chris Maher scooping first prize and being crowned Star Savoury Baker.

Through the generosity of all our employees, we raised a substantial contribution for the Ronald Mc Donald House Charities which really was the icing on the top of a fun-packed day.

The day was a tremendous success, bringing everyone together for an enjoyable event all while raising awareness for a fantastic cause. We’re genuinely grateful to everyone who took part so thank you!

Great Asgard Bake Off Kilkenny

As part of our Health and Well-being initiatives at Asgard, we held our “Great Asgard Bake Off and Town Hall” In aid of the Ronald Mc Donald House Charities. The Ronald McDonald House allows families to stay close to their child for as long as their child is undergoing treatment in Children's Children's Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres in Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly in Dublin.

Our employees in our Kilkenny and Castlecomer offices didn’t hesitate to get involved, serving up an array of mouth-watering sweet and savoury dishes that truly impressed the judges.

After careful consideration the results in the Kilkenny office sweet category saw Karla Garcia Pascacio receiving 3rd place, Anne King receiving 2nd place, with Scout Bliss scooping first prize with her phenomenal Asgard Gingerbread House and being crowned Star Sweet Baker. The results of the savoury category saw Daniel Mielan receiving 3rd place, Ken Cogley receiving 2nd place, with Kevin Kerpis scooping first prize and being crowned Star Savoury Baker.

Asgard Modular Manufacturing completed a 12 subPOD project at our off-site manufacturing facility in Castlecomer, Kilkenny along with our partners G-CON.

The successful manufacture of our largest POD project (12 PODs) was delivered and installed at a Biologics CDMO in France.

The project consisted of the following pharmaceutical cleanroom production suites:

Double PODS - 3 no. grade B (ISO-5) cleanroom production suites at 51m² in size, with 3-metre ceiling height and associated personnel and material airlocks.

Triple PODS (including "MEGAPOD")

Top-Hat Sections - 2 no. grade C (ISO-7) cleanroom production suites at 112m² in size with 4.5-meter ceiling height and associated personnel and material airlocks.

Each production suite also contained an integrated plant room including all mechanical, electrical, automation and fire safety systems. A full Factory Acceptance Test was completed with the client on each production suite prior to departure of the PODs.

Asgard Cleanroom Solutions were delighted to have a site visit from the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity as part of their campaign today.

The Lighthouse Charity team of Sam, Johnny and Jack delivered an informal and engaging team talk to everyone, shared their first-hand life experiences and raised awareness about the importance of positive mental health with respect to financial, physical and emotional wellbeing.

The team also created a safe space around their tour van where workers could have one-on-one conversations, ask questions, and connect with the team in a confidential, supportive environment.

The tour is truly inspiring, sharing real-life experiences and vital supports for mental health in the construction industry. We can’t thank The Lighthouse Charity enough for giving such a fantastic talk, which was well received by everyone in attendance. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this worthwhile session. A special thanks to our QEHS Manager David Hayde for organising the event.
