*Level 5 Update from Barrett Foot Care* *PLEASE SHARE*

Hello everyone Richard here, hope you are all keeping safe, just to let everyone know that I WILL still be running my services during Level 5 .

My Clinic will still be open 9am-9pm on Mondays and I will still be doing house calls Tuesday and Thursdays from 9am-9pm. Below are the new changes.

• House calls limited to ESSENTIAL appointments (vulnerable & elderly).

• Mask MUST be worn on arrival to clinic and in house calls. (house calls limited to 15/20 min per person)

• Over the phone assessment must be completed before the appointment can go ahead.

• If you are not feeling well please DO NOT come into the clinic, your appointment can be rearranged.

•Track and Trace form must be filled out on arrival to clinic/house.

• Temperature will be taken on arrival

As always, your support is greatly appreciated and stay safe everyone.

Tuesdays: 10AM-7PM - House Calls

Wednesdays: 9:30AM-4:30PM Lyles Shoe's Portarlington.

6PM-9PM House Calls

Thursdays: 5PM-9PM House Calls
