Some Classes in Kilkenny will continue during the school mid term week – please check carefully below for details of where you can make up missed classes before end of term:

Kilkenny – Beginner classes – Tue 31st Oct 8.05pm, Thurs 2nd Nov 8.05pm,

Kilkenny – Improver & Intermediate classes – Thurs 2nd Nov 7.00pm,

There will be no pilates classes in Freshford during the school mid term week, but participants are welcome to go to Kilkenny classes

Ante/post natal classes will not take place during the mid term week. They will resume again on 6th November.

New set of ante natal classes start this Wednesday evening at 6pm in our Pilates studio on the Dublin rd in Kilkenny. PM or call 056 7752258 to book. Classes run in 5 week blocks. All Pilates Instructors are Chartered Physiotherapists so you are guaranteed safe exercising during your pregnancy
