In life, we always go steps forward and backwards...... this is how we learn and change.

My name is Sami. I became interested in herbal medicine by chance in 2007 when my daughter was born. She was sick, underweight, covered in eczema, and never slept due the copious amounts of mucus she had. We saw many specialists, but their prognosis was that she would be on steroids for a long time, have learning and growing difficulties, and have serious asthma attacks. I read by chance in a local newspaper an article written by a master herbalist and what she wrote made me wonder if this could be the answer I was looking for. 12 years have passed, I have graduated as a Medical Herbalist, a master Iridologist, a nutritionist, a raw food coach, and I am in love with fermented foods to heal the gut. Our whole family has excellent health, no asthma, no developmental or growing problems, and no skin conditions. We are all conscious about our diet and the exercise we do. We love the outdoors especially kayaking and we since learnt that we have some genetic conditions that could be quite life-debilitating, therefore we changed our lifestyle in a way that we can make the best of each day.
