Welcome to Soearth art psychotherapy! We are open for referrals under level 5 restrictions (covid-19 safety regulations in place). Here's a bit about what we do. We run an art psychotherapy practice for adults and youth experiencing mental health challenges and concerns.

Art Psychotherapy is a form of therapy that uses creativity as a tool for expression of thought & emotion. This is an effective way to work through presenting difficulties, it is not necessary to be good at art, all thats required is an openness to engage. The advantage about art psychotherapy is that creative process & art mediums help us work through difficulties that sometimes words alone can't effectively communicate.

I have worked in a number of Private and Public mental health settings, these include St Patrick’s University Hospital, Kildare & West Wicklow mental health HSE services and Linn Dara CAMHS child and adolescent mental health services. I have experience with a range of mental health illness/concerns for adults and youth. These would include areas of trauma, addiction, eating disorders, self harm, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression. I use trauma informed and person centred approaches, and orient psychoanalytic principles. If you would like to find out more plse use the fb contact link or click the website link attached in my bio.
