Delighted to offer a special mini-retreat 'Time for You - Awake & Rising' on Sun Feb 15th.

As we move into early spring, we will pause to notice what seeds within you are whispering, looking to bud, to grow and then flourish in 2026. We will gently move to bring the body back out of winter, moving slowly to stir and rise into spring. All this in the beautiful surrounds of connected to nature.

Afterwards there is time to chat over tea and treats.

Places limited to ensure a beautiful experience.

Another beautiful evening coming inward, coming home to ourselves, resting all the layers of our being, to simply be, to fill our cup, to nourish on a deeper level, to deeply rest.

A truly beautiful way to end this calendar year of teaching.
Spent doing what I love, with people that are so special to be around and make you feel special too.

Thank you all for coming today and every time I teach yoga, whether it's weekly classes, chair, retreats, studio cover, it's special to have you there.

Wishing you all a special Christmas-time.

Time to rest myself, I'll resurface sometime in Jan 😉

*Time for You - Wintering*

My final mini-retreat for 2025

This will be an evening to just BE.
An evening to close out from the crazy season and to simply come home to yourself - to be rested, to be restored, to be at ease.

December brings a lot - emotions, memories, what is and is not, torn between the energy to party vs the energy to winter inward in soft darkness.

We will explore the latter through some incredibly restful and supported restorative yoga poses, and coming into the deep rest of yoga nidra. (7-8.45pm)

We'll slowly wake to seasonal treats, warm drinks, and of course community and chats among friends. (8.45-9.30pm)

*NEW* Chair Yoga Classes in Kill
Starting on Mon 3rd Nov at 12:15pm, in The Lounge in Kill GAA Clubhouse.

Chair Yoga classes are for absolutely everyone and anyone

eg.
- if you have a desk job and wish to have movements and breath practices you can do at your desk

- perhaps you've recently or will soon need surgery leaving you less mobile than usual

- you feel that you simply prefer to practice yoga on a chair over mat based yoga.

There are no stairs or steps into The Lounge so it will hopefully allow all members of our community, young and older, to experience the wonderful world of embodied yoga, breathwork and meditation.

Classes are for 1 hour and €10 per class.

Time for You - Leaning In

Join me at my next Time for You on Sun 2nd Nov.
This will be a beautiful evening of quietening down, reflecting on the year to date and letting go with the season, connecting back to the earth and surrendering to this darker phase of the year.

We will start with some very gentle movement before nestling in to experience deep rest through restorative yoga and yoga nidra. (7-8:30pm)

Afterwards we will transition to awake with some lights bites to eat and chats over tea. (8:45-9:30pm)
