These are special sessions, made especially for you.
My 'Time for You' mini-retreats are a gorgeous mix of gentle movements, restorative poses, meditation and relaxation, approx 90-120mins long.
Followed by some light bites and tea/coffee and chats.
There will be more cocooning and restorative in winter, more gentle movements and walking meditations in summer. All happening in the beautiful where your soul feels instantly at ease.
