Grief has been coming up for many of my clients lately. 💔
Grief is not something that needs to be rushed, fixed, or pushed away. It is a deeply human process that asks for gentleness, compassion, and space.
In my sessions, I hold a calm and safe space where whatever needs to arise can do so naturally. Sometimes, that means tears, sometimes silence, sometimes simply allowing the body to soften and release what it has been holding.
Through therapies such as Reflexology, Bio Energy Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and Theta Healing, the body and energy field are gently supported to release emotional weight, restore balance, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.
You do not have to carry grief alone.
When we allow the body and heart to feel supported and safe, healing can begin to unfold in its own time.
