I’m based out in the countryside, around 20–30 minutes from the main towns such as Tralee, Killarney, and Castleisland, and I know for some people that can feel “a bit far” at first 🚗🌿

A client said something to me recently that really stayed with me:

This message absolutely made my morning ✨
A lovely lady came to me for her very first session on Thursday. During her consultation, I felt that Theta Healing would be the most supportive for her at that time, and we went with it. 💫

Did you know that as of January 2025, Reflexology is now accepted by the St. Paul’s Garda Medical Aid Society? 💗👣

The Garda Medical Aid Society (medicalaid.ie) has officially approved reflexology under their therapy benefit! Members of An Garda Síochána and those covered under their policy can now claim back up to 60% of the cost of their Reflexology treatments - up to €35.00 per session, with a maximum of 12 visits per year.
How amazing is that! 👏

As a Registered Member of the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland), I can provide clients with receipts that can be submitted to Garda Medical Aid for reimbursement.

✨ I’m officially a Qualified Reflexologist! 👣💫

I’m absolutely delighted to share that after 14 months of training, I’m now a Qualified Reflexologist and a Registered Member of the National Register of Reflexologists (Ireland)! NRRI 🩵
It’s been an incredible journey of learning, growth, and commitment, and I’m so grateful for the amazing support along the way.

A huge thank you to Maureen Fynes at .ie MF Wellness School of Reflexology for her guidance and encouragement and to the wonderful group of ladies I had the pleasure of training with. What a fantastic experience!

✨ Taking time to rest is not a luxury - it’s a necessity, especially for new mamas. ✨

I received this beautiful message from a new mother who came for a reflexology session. Nearly four months postpartum, she shared how hard it’s been to truly switch off, something so many new mums can relate to.

During her session, she drifted into deep rest (even falling asleep 💤) as her body began to unwind and release. Through gentle touch and reflex points, I was able to share insights about what her body was communicating. It’s always incredible how much our feet can tell us. 👣✨

🌸To all the new mamas out there:
Your body has done so much.
You deserve moments of stillness.
