Navé Yoga Navé Yoga is a stunning Yoga Studio located in the beautiful town of Killarney. Navé Yoga opened the doors to its studio in Killarney in April 2014.

This exciting new studio offers a range of daily yoga classes including, hatha yoga, power yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, pregnancy yoga, and iyengar yoga. Navé Yoga will also offer personal yoga tuition for those wishing to benefit from that one to one experience. Elaine O'Donoghue is the primary teacher at the studio. Elaine completed her yoga teacher training (RYT200) in Brisbane Australia in 2013. Elaine also has a certificate in prenatal and postnatal yoga from the Bliss Baby Yoga School in Byron Bay. Elaine has been running her own small yoga business in Brisbane since October 2013 and has also taught at various studios across Brisbane. She brings her knowledge and experience in the different areas of yoga to the people of Killarney and shares a passion that has invaluable benefits for the health and wellbeing of people of all ages. 🧘 Inversions & Arm Balancing Workshop with Ewelina 🧘‍♀️

Curious about going upside down… but not sure where to start? 🙃

This supportive workshop is designed to help you build confidence step by step, with guidance, options, and plenty of time to explore.

We’ll gently explore:
• Headstand (with props + wall options)
• Handstand preparation
• Forearm balance foundations
• Shoulder stand variations
• Arm balance prep, including Bakasana

You do not need to already practise these poses. This workshop is about learning, understanding alignment, and building strength safely.

We’ll begin with pranayama, move through sun salutations and standing postures to prepare the body, then take our time with each inversion, with space for questions and individual guidance.

✨ Open to all levels (some yoga experience required)
✨ Led by Ewelina
✨ Ends with deep relaxation + essential oils

Join Megan for a 2-hour journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, blending ancient practices for mind, body, and spirit. This workshop includes:

🌿 Deep Belly Breathing – Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system.

🧘 Yin Yoga – Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this practice stimulates chi (life force energy) flow in the body by targeting energetic channels (meridians) that hold emotions such as worry and overthinking. Through long-held postures, we gently release tension and restore balance.

💆 Essential Oils & Acupressure – Targeted relaxation using aromatic oils on key energy points.

🌙 Yoga Nidra – Also known as Yogic Sleep - A guided meditation to promote profound rest and inner peace.

Meet Bethany 💫

Bethany’s yoga journey deepened in 2019 when she moved to Australia and established a regular practice, quickly noticing the positive impact it had on her strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. Pregnancy Yoga later played an important role in supporting her through birth and postpartum recovery. 💕

She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Navé Yoga in 2024 and is also qualified to teach Pregnancy Yoga. With a background in Social Care and Community Development, Bethany strives to create inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone feels welcome to move at their own pace and connect more fully with themselves. 🧘‍♀️

Bethany teaches two Wednesday evening classes, Vinyasa Focus and Core Vinyasa, where you can expect breath-led flow, strength-building sequences and dynamic, playful movement. Her focus is on helping students tune into their bodies and explore their practice with curiosity and confidence. 🫶

When she’s not teaching, you’ll usually find her relaxing in a sauna by the sea, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, out walking with her son, or finding her way onto a dance floor whenever the chance arises. She continues to develop her skills through ongoing training and will complete a 50-hour Rocket Yoga training in April and a 50-hour Yin Yoga training in May. 📚

Bethany is a kind and generous teacher whose passion for yoga shines through in every class, we are absolutely thrilled to have her at Navé.

Meet Adrian 🧘

Once he took his first yoga class in Brisbane in 2012, Adrian was hooked right away as he felt the amazing benefits for both his mind and body. Having a strong passion for sport, he was amazed to see how yoga could benefit and complement sports people and couldn’t believe he hadn’t found yoga before! 🧘‍♂️

His passion for yoga turned into a desire to teach and he completed his teacher training in Cork in early 2015 and began teaching at Navé Yoga straight away. In 2017, Adrian completed his Yin Yoga, Meditation and Chinese Medicine Teacher Training under the guidance of Josh Summers. This allowed Navé to introduce Yin to the studio which was a very welcome addition to the expanding yoga offering in Killarney. Adrian has also completed further trainings with Noah Maze, which have led him to be the lead sequencing tainer on the Navé Yoga 200 Hour YTT Programme. 📚 In 2025, Adrian trained as a Pilates Teacher and this has tied in perfectly with his love for anatomy.

Adrian teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates and he also loves to teach powerful Vinyasa Flow classes. He places a strong focus on alignment and the use of props where needed and firmly believes that yoga is for everyone. Adrian is continually expanding his knowledge of yoga and anatomy is his forte. Adrian teaches private sessions daily, one to one and in small groups, he works a lot with people with injuries, using yoga and pilates as a powerful tool in recovery. 💫

What he loves most about teaching is seeing the difference between how people are before yoga and after yoga. To be able to actually see the stress and the worry lift from his students brings him immense joy.

When he’s not teaching yoga, you’ll find Adrian coaching soccer at Killarney Celtic and Kerry Schoolboys and Girls League, running on the beautiful trails around the park, or having family adventures. ⛰️

He is a light hearted teacher who has been known to crack a few jokes in his time, he adores his students and we absolutely adore him! He teaches most mornings, including the early classes and he is sure to set you up for the day ahead! ☺️
