Meet Bethany 💫
Bethany’s yoga journey deepened in 2019 when she moved to Australia and established a regular practice, quickly noticing the positive impact it had on her strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. Pregnancy Yoga later played an important role in supporting her through birth and postpartum recovery. 💕
She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Navé Yoga in 2024 and is also qualified to teach Pregnancy Yoga. With a background in Social Care and Community Development, Bethany strives to create inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone feels welcome to move at their own pace and connect more fully with themselves. 🧘♀️
Bethany teaches two Wednesday evening classes, Vinyasa Focus and Core Vinyasa, where you can expect breath-led flow, strength-building sequences and dynamic, playful movement. Her focus is on helping students tune into their bodies and explore their practice with curiosity and confidence. 🫶
When she’s not teaching, you’ll usually find her relaxing in a sauna by the sea, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, out walking with her son, or finding her way onto a dance floor whenever the chance arises. She continues to develop her skills through ongoing training and will complete a 50-hour Rocket Yoga training in April and a 50-hour Yin Yoga training in May. 📚
