Mindfulness Schools Ireland We began on the 30th of January 2016. Our mission is to pass on and share our knowledge & experience

Our vision is to train Adults / teachers/caregivers in their own mindfulness practice. Offering training to enable teachers to facilitate students with our primary and secondary school curriculum. And also we host various different programmes for adults and an annual mindful retreat. We can tailor any of our programmes to suit your requirements.

Join us for an evening of slowing down, reflecting and connecting mind, body and creativity, exploring different topics using a mindful perspective, movement and creative art expression together.
Our experienced facilitators will guide you to connect to the inner you using meditation, gentle yoga movement and creative art therapy in a safe and peaceful space.
Come together with friendly faces where no experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down, and create together

Living in a mindful way brings calm, peace and happiness. It is our wish to share the transformational magic of mindfulness with you. We believe in a whole organisational approach for schools. Training teachers to develop their own mindfulness practice enables them to successfully share our primary and secondary school course with students. This helps to create “mindful schools” fostering an environment for social, emotional and mental wellbeing.
