Lose that Belly I started my journey at a whopping 450lbs in April 2011. Since that time I have lost 175 lbs or 78 kg - You can usually find me on a bike.... Enjoy!

Now I begin on phase 2 - The final frontier, so to speak - Join with me as I carry on to lose the final 50 lbs that will see me weigh half the weight I was when I started...

Today is one of the more difficult days in the calendar! The clocks went back last night my usual 2pm fasting break has moved on an hour- Still, I was prepared for it and I’m not hungry, so I’ll eat when I am! Ground beef awaits!

Went shopping today for jeans & shorts.

Decided to commit to my weight loss journey by buying the 4 inches smaller so I have something to work towards.

2lb lost this week (205lbs lost in total) and as a ‘Bully Bonus’ lost a further 0.5% Body Fat.. When I started at 65% body fat I never thought I could get to 26% (22 is considered healthy and not obese or overweight) - 22% is where I’m headed!!!
