Anybody interested in joining a Healthy & Wellbeing Challenge for the month of November? 🌿✨

This isn’t a diet — I don’t believe those work long-term! Instead, it’s about becoming more conscious and aware of what we’re feeding our bodies and introducing a simple walking plan to get us moving.

I’m just checking interest before my team finalizes the plan. Everything will take place in a WhatsApp group, where we can support each other along the way.
