My Reiki Journey
My name is Pauline Clarke.
My Reiki journey probably has been along time coming unknown to me. About 12 years ago while having a medium reading done i was told that i had healing powers but i needed to learn to use them. I was told this again and again by mediums and one medium even telling me that i was a witch, but a good one :)
4 years ago while with a medium he asked me what i would like to work at? Been 36 at the time i told me if i could turn back time i would have liked to been a psychologist. He asked me ‘Did you ever hear of Reiki?’ which i replied no. He went on to explain that it was like psychology but a healing that helped people through energy. He told me to go and find someone to teach me and that i would have my own practice within 4 years.
So i continued to work my 9-5 for another 2 years until i gave up my job to spend the summer with my kids. I started to meditate and remembered what all these mediums had been telling me. I also had a young friend that had fallen ill and i kept thinking that if i had any healing powers that would help her that there was no way i could not try. So my journey began.....
