Sometimes traumas we experience overwhelm our homeostatic ability (self healing) and our injuries physical or emotional become chronic. Diseases of body and mind are reflective of personal energy gone awry,too fast too slow too strong a boundary,no boundaries.Holding on too tight, Letting go too readily. For us to be healthy energy has to flow. Each person enjoying their individual way of being, their individual passions.
In mainstream yoga it is generally accepted there are 7 major chakras. 6 along the spine 1 just above the head. Each energetic spinning wheel is responsible for a different aspect of our being. When all are in balance we too are in balance and enjoy a healthy body and mind. Even though there is a self-regulating self-healing aspect to these chakras and our bodies, it is wise and prudent to exercise our Free Will. The more we experiment with this free will stuff the more we can see what we are good at, and behave like self-affirming adults, And /or we can see where we need to do a bit of work on ourselves and regain sovereignty of our minds and bodies.

For those of you who know me and hopefully love me you will know
i love all things .....that's it I love all things, and honestly want to see everybody thrive. Meet people where they are at, and watch them take it from there.
As a physical therapist, personal trainer of 15 years plus. yoga instructor self-propagandanist I'm excellent at some things and rather mediocre at most. I used to be so busy at work and say how i wished for more time to sing and teach. For quite a while now i have not been busy by anyones estimation. {careful what you wish for}. So new directions new buds growing.
Eric From wrote a wonderful book -the fear of freedom. This and
more when i learn to write and think at the same time.
