Today, we take a moment to honour all those walking the path of fertility — with tenderness, courage, and hope. 💕

✨ What a Week in the Therapy Room! ✨

It may have been a bank holiday week, but that certainly didn’t stop the learning and creativity flowing here at Esther Walsh Wellness! 💆‍♀️💫

We began an exciting new Reflexology course that’s already transforming the way I approach treatments — I can’t wait to share more about this soon! 🌿

This week also included:
👣 Fertility Reflexology – helping to balance hormones, regulate cycles, and support emotional wellbeing.
🤰 Pregnancy Reflexology – easing tension, improving sleep, and promoting deep relaxation for mums-to-be.
💥 Pain Reflexology – targeting reflex points to help reduce discomfort, calm the nervous system, and encourage the body’s natural healing.

Then came a few magical days of Creative Mindfulness — we made creepy spiders, built our own spooky village, joined a Halloween yoga party 🧘‍♀️🎃, crafted flying bats, and finished with a Halloween disco full of giggles and glitter!

To top it all off, I had the pleasure of running an Aromatherapy Workshop with Diabetes Ireland, where we blended our own aromatic lotions and potions — a sensory delight! 🌸🪶

Feeling grateful for a week filled with learning, laughter, and connection. 💜

From Fertility Reflexology to Maternity Reflexology, Lymphatic Reflexology to Teenage and General Reflexology — it’s been a beautiful reminder of how versatile and supportive this therapy truly is 💫

Here’s a little look at how each approach helps my wonderful clients 👇

🌸 Fertility Reflexology – Supports hormonal balance, reduces stress, and helps regulate cycles to create the most optimal environment for conception.
