We send good thoughts and love to the people of Los Angelos to keep them safe from the devastating fires that are destroying homes and businesses over there. Unfortunately there have been people injured and killed. We send prayers to comfort their loved ones and eternal rest to the deceased🙏🙏

"Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory." - Dr Seuss
Prior to Covid-19 & the subsequent lockdown, we were all guilty of taking our lives for granted. By having this time to reflect, we have all been able to see, more clearly, the most important parts of our lives - those little moments which make up life itself. As we slowly edge back towards our new normal, take some time to make note of what you have learned about yourself throughout this whole experience. For most of us, this chance to slow down & appreciate life would normally never be possible. Let us not forget what we have learned in the rush to get back to normality.

Ella Fitzgerald
However, don't forget to enjoy the journey 👏😇

“Things Work Out Best For Those Who Make The Best Of How Things Work Out.” – John Wooden
This doesn't mean that you have to be positive all the time but that you learn how to take the positives out of every situation. Our clients find that counselling gives them the tools to manage this in their day to day lives. Call us on (083)1855958 to find out more.
