Philosophy in Practice for the Ecological Emergency

Philosophy in Practice for the Ecological Emergency My mission is to show people that attitude is agency. Attitude is all that matters. Change attitude, and practice changes.

This is a non-dualist approach but my practice is very simple: attune to compassion and love does what needs to be done. Please contact me to find out more about my work. I would love to be able to work with groups struggling to deal with the ecological emergency.

Changing attitude is changing practice and this changes everything!

I facilitate workshops, individual and group classes. I offer a space and practices and techniques that change attitudes. Through attitude change, everything else, from engaging in relationships to how you do down dog (adho mukha svanasana), also changes. My approach is based on a lifetime of studying what it means to life a ‘good’ life, but I have learned, and am learning, to hone my approach so it’s accessible and enjoyable to anyone who thinks there’s more to life than lattes and lycra. I am currently writing up a yoga philosophy manual and an online course so I can share even more widely. I’m based in Cork but travel widely.
