I am an introvert, and sharing myself publicly on social media has never been easy for me.
Yet, as a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic counsellor, I feel called to share my personal healing journey with you. I deeply believe that it is only through lived experience, through honesty and example, that I can truly support others in keeping their hearts open.

You can’t stop the waves, but you can always learn to ride them.

On New Year’s Eve, my mum passed away.

It was sudden, unexpected, and life-changing.
I felt as though a tsunami had swept over me First the shock, then hope, and finally the heartbreaking realization that I had to say goodbye to my beloved mum.

In moments like these, the pain can feel unbearable, so intense that closing the heart seems like the easiest way to survive.
But Reiki has taught me to stay with whatever arises, to allow emotions to be felt and expressed, no matter how deeply they hurt.

Through my daily meditation practice and Reiki self-treatments, I am learning how to keep my heart open, even in grief, and how to strengthen my connection to the divine.
Slowly, gently, I have begun to receive the first subtle messages from my mum from beyond. I am not a medium, but Reiki has helped me enter a state of deep receptivity.

There are moments when I am filled with a profound sense of peace and Love.
And there are other moments when I cry and feel lost, because the emptiness she left behind is real and difficult to hold.

My mum was my guiding light, my everything.
And even in my sorrow, I feel grateful to have tools that support me as I walk through grief with an open heart.

We are made of energy, and energy is never lost.
It only transforms.
