Relaxation and restoration are two very important parts of life so never feel guilty for allowing that time for your family 🌟🩷

Christmas Wreath Making 🎄❤️
When I first opened my clinic, one thing I missed was the Christmas party with my work friends. So to say I can now celebrate and mark Christmas with Rachel from Thrive Outside OT is amazing 😊 we went on a creative journey today making Christmas wreaths 😍 we chatted about 2025, both on a professional and personal level! We also made plans for 2026 😊 it was a fantastic day of immersing ourselves in a creative process while also feeling supported and heard ❤️

Wonderful celebrations today at the 2024 Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the year awards 🎉 congratulations to all those nominated and to all the winners! It is always so inspiring attending these events and being surrounded by such driven, accomplished women! 🥰
A big shoutout to Susan Collins-Duggan from who won her category of Solo Businesswoman 😊 Susan taught me Speech and Drama from the age of 5, a lifelong friendship and I am so thrilled for her! ❣️
