I am passionate about moving my body. I have over 12 years of yoga practice and trainings. I am a lover of dance 💃 I also do Tai Chi and Somatic Movements. When I was younger yes I certainly pushed my body to do things however now with the wisdom of aging and actually listening to my body I know I don’t need to push and force. This is why I believe yoga is for everyone ✨✨✨ In my classes we vary the postures from week to week so nothing is stagnant, we move gently and there is always a variation for everyone. This practice is really about moving your body, bringing in some mobility, flexibility and ease back into the body. While also connecting to our breath and taking time to be with ourselves. ✨✨✨ If this feels like something you would like to try then I would love to have you join us.
