What an amazing week! Some beautiful photos of the children's art from my Tuesday classes in St Colmcilles Community School Knocklyon were we explored heart maps. ❤️💚💙

I spent a fab morning on Wednesday with the fantastic preschoolers and staff in , were we had some sensory play and made some brains from playdough! 🧠

Wednesday evening I had the pleasure of hosting a lovely Women's Circle in the Iona Centre were we took some time for ourselves to recharge🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

This morning was spent in were the preschoolers made breathing buddies and breathing wands. An amazing group of children and staff 😀😀

Feeling extreemly grateful that I get to share all the practices I have learnt with so many and to do a job I really love 🤗

This is a snap shot of what the 2 to 3 year olds got up to today.

We read the lovely Superworm, who was so kind to his friends. We looked for worms in our sensory trays and we made our very own worm pictures.

Mindfulness simply introduced through a book on kindness and friendship, sensory trays and art.
