This course is for staff members and professionals who have started to work in an environment where Lámh is used and covers 100 Lámh signs and how to support a Lámh user.

The training is delivered in a blended approach combining Moodle (approx. 3hours) and a practical signing session online (approx. 3.5hours).

The e-learning material on Moodle must be completed before coming to the signing session.

🌟 POTTS Occupational Therapy Programme 🌟

At Dyspraxia Ireland we were delighted to launch our POTTS Occupational Therapy Programme, offering assessment and intervention support for children aged 8–13.

This service is available to children who are currently on a HSE - Primary Care - Occupational Therapy waiting list for assessment and/or intervention.

🧩 To apply, you’ll need:

1️⃣ A referral to the HSE OT service (if not already obtained)
2️⃣ A letter from the HSE confirming your child is on the primary care waiting list

The BabyTalk Initiative is a groundbreaking project aimed at enhancing the early development and wellbeing of the most vulnerable babies across the nation.

Developed by a team at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, it focuses on supporting early language habits in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) by encouraging those around them to “Speak, Read and Sing” to newborn babies.
