Stop stretching your neck when it’s sore😅

Stretches are mildly effective for very short term pain relief (seconds to minutes).

On the other hand, strengthening the muscles around your neck and shoulder will give you long term relief from that stiff and sore neck✅

Focusing on progressive overload in specific movements will ensure your neck is resilient enough to do anything without pain✅

Reflex Physiotherapy is a Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Specialising in the treatment of back pain and sports injuries we get people pain free and back moving again
