The age old question: should we be running?

The answer is YES!

Although running may not be enjoyable or suitable for some of us it’s a great way of getting exercise, building cardiovascular fitness and improving bone strength✅

You will encounter injuries with running, however, if you start too quickly or with too much volume too soon🥲
