I remember feeling so nervous saying it out loud.

There was a time when my anxiety was so intense that I asked my doctor:

“What happens if I can’t get rid of this anxiety?”

I was told I would likely stay on medication for the rest of my life.

That moment changed everything for me.

Not because medication is wrong but because I needed to understand what was actually happening inside me.
Why my body felt constantly on edge.
Why my thoughts wouldn’t switch off.
Why it felt like I was losing control.

So I started learning.
About anxiety.
About the nervous system.
About beliefs stored in the body.

That journey is what led me to solution-focused hypnotherapy and Belief Coding®.

Ever felt nervous in the deep end? 😅
Ever wished you could feel calm and confident in the water?
Or maybe you just would love to learn how to swim.

Even though I’m a pretty good swimmer being out of my depth would make me panic. I would feel it in my chest , it would make me freeze up and I’d lose my breath.

I used Belief Coding®️ to get to the root cause of my fear and clear it.

And today… I went to Finn Vally pool (1.8 meters deep) and by the end, I was diving to the bottom and swimming along it.

No panic.
No fear.
Just freedom. 😮

It felt bloody amazing 🤩 and to be honest I m still in shock at how easy it was.

Fear doesn’t have to stop you from doing the things you want .
