A little introduction..Hi, Im Joanne a reflexologist and holistic therapist. I live in Letterkenny, Co.Donegal with my partner and 4 amazing kids, who keep me well and truly on my toes!

My journey to starting my reflexology business has (quite literally) been years in the making, I obtained my first qualification over 13 years ago! And that's where the love affair with this incredible therapy began.

Before my 3 younger kids arrived I held a career within the wellness, beauty and skincare industry for over 15 years. However, my passion always lay with reflexology and the amazing results it provides.

I opened my own business Re Balanced by Joanne in 2023 and I haven't looked back. I work in Letterkenny and also have a weekly clinic in the beautiful La Vie beauty salon in Dungloe every friday.

I specialise in helping women who are stressed, overwhelmed and on the verge of burnout hit the pause button.

Through the power of reflexology I can help you rebalance your nervous system, calm your busy mind, rebalance your hormones, reduce stress levels, relieve pain and tension and improve your sleep.

My reflexology treatments are truly heart led, combining all my passion, education and knowledge to create a treatment plan tailored completely to you and your needs.

I also offer the Ziggie Bergman method facial reflexology, Indian Head massage and ear seeding.

✨️ Reflexology for cancer care

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that can be used to support you on your Cancer Journey.

As a reflexologist with 13 years exerperience and through my advanced reflexology training I am fully qualifed in cancer care reflexology.

I adapt my treatments to suit each individual client. It is a gentler treatment and can vary in length from 30 mins to an hour depending on the client, the type of Cancer, the treatments they are undergoing and their symptoms. By adapting the session to each client I ensure that the treatment is both safe and effective.

Some Clients say they have:

• Felt more relaxed

• Had some symptom relief – nausea, constipation, lymphoedema, breathlessness

• Increased feeling of well-being

• Increased energy.

• Sleep better

• Felt they could cope better

It is important to note that as a reflexologist I am not medically trained. I will never, ever diagnose or claim to cure anything.

What I can do is give a reflexology treatment using precise techniques that can only improve the functioning of the body, bring a deep sense of relaxation and provide some symtom relief.

✨️BERGMAN METHOD FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY✨️

I recently completed my training with the fantastic Ziggie Bergman in her award winning advanced facial reflexology technique. I loved every minute of this course.

If you feel tired and drained and you can see that on your face when you look in the mirror…

If you have had a busy period and may have headaches, eye strain,sleep disturbance, etc...

If you've recently been sick with a cold or flu and are still feeling congested..

Facial reflexology may just be what you need.

Because I am working directly on the face and in such close proximity to the brain and central nervous
system, the parasympathetic system is accessed very quickly, taking the body out of fight or flight mode, facilitating a deep sense of relaxation.
