Starting at 4pm, with breathwork, then gently movement, a guided meditation, a little break and then lay back and be nourished by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other wonderful instruments 💛

Great Shamanism training coming soon 👍😁

Whitethorn Holistics are pleased to announce our very first 2 day workshop on "Introduction to Shamanism” -walking the Shamanic path.
Dates:12th of April and 19th of April
Times: 10.00am to 5.00pm. Venue: Church Lane Wellness, Letterkenny.
Investment: €130.
This will provide knowledge of Shamanism, it's origins and how it can be incorporated in the modern era.
The workshop will help you embark and explore your own Shamanic path, introducing you to your spirit guides and power animals, the concepts of soul loss and soul retrieval, past life healing, and ancestral healing through Shamanic journeys with a drum.
