This week's CI Radio comes to us from the a great group at CI Dungloe, who are currently doing a project with the multimedia team. They took time out from developing a short film and making music videos to select some of their favourite songs for us. Great job Jamie, Blue, Meave, Paul and Aoife.

Join us tomorrow between 10:30 - 12 at the Jim Lynch Building at Letterkenny Community Centre for a fantastic coffee morning in aid of Donegal Hospice and Donegal Mountain Rescue Team.

There will be music, spot prizes, a raffle and great craic - as well as tea, coffee and an amazing assortment of sweet treats.

The team have been working really hard for the last number of weeks to get everything together. Well done to them and a huge thank you to everyone who contributed their baking skills or sponsored prizes.

See you all tomorrow.

This week's CI Radio is a group affair, with Niamh, Liam, Emily, Jamie and Kevin taking over the airwaves with some of their favourite songs. They had a lot of laughs making this one and there was also a lot of birthday chat.

Brilliant job everyone.

Huge congratulations to all our service users who participated in the Gartan Outdoor Education Centre watersports programme funded by Donegal Sports Partnership! It was a hugely popular and beneficial programme and it was a brilliant way to splash into Autumn.

A special thank you to Hugh Carlin (DSP) and the fantastic instructors at Gartan, as well as the DCITS staff for their support - who all made this experience unforgettable!

Here's a look back at our absolutely fantastic Sports Day, which took place at the end of September. It was a day packed with great competition, sportsmanship and fun, as well as a brilliant opportunity for service users from all over the county to get together and connect.

The day and all the different events were made possible by the wonderful organising team of staff and service users at CI Ballybofey, with help from Donegal Sports Partnership , The No Barriers Foundation , Finn Valley Leisure Centre , and Finn Valley AC.

A major highlight of the day was the media coverage of the day, with special thanks to Highland Radio for doing a fantastic outside broadcast of the John Breslin show from the event, featuring live coverage of some of the events and interviews with some of our competitors. Thanks also to William Coyle Donegal Page for covering the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, including Finn Harps FC first team members and coaching staff, and Jason Quigley, who made special guest appearances on the day. And especially to all our great athletes, who competed so well. We're already looking. forawrd to 2026.
