I am a registered member of the association of Neuromuscular and Physical therapists www.anmt.ie which is compatible with Laya health insurance. I offer a special focus on chronic pain and injury including musculoskeletal injuries related to physical activity. My main focus is on the treatment of Myofascial Trigger Points, which are a common cause of referred pain in the body. (For example a headache can be caused by a trigger point in the neck.) I am also qualified in Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) which is a new effective way to treat pain. you don’t have to be in sport to be in pain, I have a lot of skills for the sports man and woman to continue their activities but these same skills are very effective with the everyday postural pains, or chronic pains.
