Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher (YTI and YYTC trained) I offer a range of classes from gentle beginner to progressive intermediate and stronger, more advanced classes, as well as therapeutic Yoga classes and Prenatal Yoga. I have been teaching for over 12 years and am a constant student, aiming to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my classes with well over 500 hours of training. My core approach is to weave mindfulness, pranayama and deep relaxation into classes and to grow a community and build trusting, reciprocal relationships with each student.

Huge News! I'm facilitating the Closing Experience at National Women's Enterprise Day!
I wanted to share some really exciting professional news with my network here in Donegal and beyond!

I am absolutely honoured and thrilled to announce that I've been invited to facilitate the powerful closing segment at this year's National Women's Enterprise Day! 🎉

As the founder of Healing Flow Wellness and a Yoga Therapist, my role is to guide the attendees through a 15-minute nervous system reset called "Breathe to Lead."

After a full, inspiring day of connecting and learning, energy levels can dip, and our minds can feel saturated. This session is designed to ensure that you don't just feel tired; you leave feeling calm, clear, and truly recharged. We'll be using simple, evidence-informed breath techniques and a grounding visualisation—a practical tool you can take with you and use anytime.

I'm genuinely looking forward to hearing all the amazing speakers and being in a room full of such inspiring, high-achieving women. It's truly a privilege to be part of the day.
