πŸ”₯ Always use a candle holder that is sturdy, and won't tip over easily
πŸ”₯ Ensure candles are out of reach of pets and children
πŸ”₯ Never leave them unattended in a room
πŸ”₯ Place candle holder on an uncluttered surface, it at least one meter from anything flammable such as curtains, furniture, cards or decorations
πŸ”₯ Only use in rooms which have a working smoke alarm
πŸ”₯ Blow out all candles before going to bed. Avoid using candles in the bedroom.
πŸ”₯ Think about using LED candles in your home. They look real and are much safer!

Croup is most common in children under the age of 3 and can be very upsetting to children and parents.

Often, the most important treatment is to keep your child sitting up and reassure and comfort them, as laying down can make breathing more difficult.
Croup is spread through direct contact with an infected person or their body fluids.

A person with croup is usually contagious for about three days after symptoms start or until their fever disappears. If your child has croup, it's best to keep them home from school or other environments with lots of children for at least three days.
