The pupils from Caherconlish N.S. Were the first group to bring the Christmas spirit to St. Michael’s this year and the residents loved their visit, especially the gorgeous Christina Harty whose birthday it happened to be. Not only did the children sing Happy Birthday to Christina, John Skeahan also sang his heart out for Christina❤️

We had a fabulous day at the Christmas Market today in the Millennium Centre, a million thanks to everyone who stopped by to make a purchase from our residents. It was a pleased to meet local Councillor Cllr Brigid Teefy 🥰

We will be holding our annual “In November we Remember” mass in honour of our dearly departed residents on Thursday 13th November at 2.00pm in St. Michael’s. All are very welcome to attend this special mass.

🐇 We were thrilled to welcome back Rosie and Dennis from Animal Magic to St. Michael’s this afternoon. The residents and staff thoroughly enjoyed petting and talking to the wide array of animals that arrived!…and not a bat in sight 🎃 😉

Today we said goodbye to one of our longest serving members of staff, Mary Warren ❤️ We will miss your great sense of humour and can do attitude and we wish you every success in your new career Mary. Congratulations also to Ella who is shortly celebrating her 21st birthday and will also soon be leaving us to return to college. Great adventures await, good luck Mary and Ella 🥰
