Limerick Yoga Room Maggie teaches on Wednesday at 6.30pm in Lisnagry NS. Monday nights in Milford National School, Limerick. A class for beginners to yoga with Mary Enright.

Limerick Yoga Room's experienced teachers, Mary Enright and Maggie Crosse, will take you on a journey towards achieving optimal mental and physical well being.Mary teaches on Mondays in Milford NS. Beginners: Monday 7:45pm-8:45pm in Milford National School. Level 1: Monday at 6:30pm-7:30pm in Milford National School. A class for beginners and those with a little experience, with Mary Enright. Autumn Session starts Monday 11th Nov - Monday 9th Dec (5 weeks). Wednesday Nights in Lisnagry School, Limerick. Level 2: Wednesday at 6.30pm - 7.45pm in Lisnagry School. A class for those with experience of yoga with Maggie Crosse. Autumn Session starts Wednesday th Nov - Wednesday 11th Dec (5 weeks)

We have classes to suit all abilities, so give us a call or and email to book your slot today! The course is 8 weeks long and costs a total of €80 per person.
