Your meals don't have to be complicated, just nutritious, tasty, and satisfying. This covers it all Quick and easy chicken stew this evening ready in 10 minutes.... Free on Plan

1 - Precooked chicken breast - I like to cook a few in advance and have them in the fridge for occasions such as this.
1 - 400ml carton of Avonmore wholesome chicken and vegetables soup (under 60kcals ).
Some frozen peas.
½ a bag or your carb allowance of microwave baby potatoes.

Egg and potato cakes both cooked in sussed 2kcal spray, mushrooms, and 2 lean bacon medallions cooked in my airfryer plus some heinz sugar free beans popped in my microwave. All ready in under 15 minutes, tasty and nutritious
