Invest in yourself!! Stiff, sore, weak, tired, aching etc etc. The human body is incredibly robust and in reality a lot of the above complaints come from inactivity and the reduction in strength and quality of your soft tissue. Get active invest in yourself, not necessarily money but certainly time. Take time to get active and when you get too active and hurt for different reasons; Click on the link in my bio and I’ll get you back on track!! Doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) and the odd tendinitis is inevitable but it shouldn’t stop you. Muscle tissue requires the right amount of stress to adapt and strengthen. Sometimes its hard to get that right and you get sore, don’t let it stop you.
