STOP COVID-19

How to Prevent:
* Stop 🤝 when saying hello or greeting other people
* Cover your 👄 and 👃🏻with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissue
* Wash your 🤲🏻 well and often to avoid contamination
* Distance yourself at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from other 👫, especially those who might be unwell
* Avoid touching 👀, 👃🏻, or 👄 with unwashed 🤲🏻
* Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Miąższ prawidłowej tarczycy jest jednorodny. Jeżeli wyczuwamy dotykiem w tarczycy nieprawidłowe twory (zmiany) nazywamy to guzkami. Guzki mogą być pojedyncze, może być ich kilka, może też cała tarczyca mieć budowę wieloguzkową. Najczęściej dowiadujemy się o istnieniu "guzka" nie z badania dotykiem, ale z USG.
Jesli wyczuwasz zgrubienie, pojawila sie „chrypka” bądź problem z przełykaniem, nie zwlekaj, im szybsza diagnoza tym wieksza szansa na szybki powrót do zdrowia.
