Everyone has a table in their life.
And the people who truly value you?
They pull up a chair the moment you arrive.
They make space.
They notice when you’re standing.
They shift over without being asked.

But some people?
They’ll let you hover on the edge, make you wait for permission,
or act like your presence is an inconvenience.

Which means?

If you constantly have to ask for a chair… you’re sitting at the wrong table.

I thought about all the times I begged for space.
All the moments I tried to earn a seat.
All the ways I shrank myself just to fit.

But I shouldn’t have.

I deserved a chair without auditioning for it.

And when I realised that?
It freed me.

This is your reminder:

Don’t fight for space where you’re treated like an afterthought.
Don’t chase tables where your chair is always missing.
Go where you’re welcomed, not tolerated.

Your seat exists!! you just haven’t sat at the right table yet.
