Your nervous system is getting feedback from all systems of your body at all times. Your joints give a tremendous amount of info to your brain. Poor joint function costs you in many ways, leading to poor outcomes like balance issues, pain, pins and needles, weakness and numbness, to name only a few. Getting adjusted improves joint movement and therefore feedback, which helps your nervous system keep you in better shape. Get your spine checked regularly. It’s magic.
