Flotation therapy is often described as the deepest rest a person can experience. The research is beginning to explain why.

Inside a float tank, your body is fully supported by water saturated with Epsom salts, the temperature matches your skin, and all light and sound are removed. What happens next is not just relaxation. It is a measurable shift in your physiology, your nervous system, and your brain.
