Hi all as we’re taking part in the Irish Life GAA Healthy clubs step challenge we are organising a get together and walk under the lights for a few kilometres.

WHEN? - Tuesday 27th of January
TIME? - 8pm
WHERE? - Playground car park, Loughill

We hope to see as many of you as possible. Don’t forget to have downloaded the app & have registered.
You do not need to be a member of either clubs to join the walk so spread the word.

Not too late to start ….Every Step Counts - Get Ready for 2026 🥳 Every Step Counts is back! It's time to reconnect with your club and community and feel the benefits of physical exercise. Get tracking for 5 weeks from Wednesday 7th January to Wednesday 11th February to help your club reach a combined target of 4,000km. 💶 Any club that hits the 4,000km distance over 5 weeks will be entered into the draw to win a share. There'll be 3 donations of *€2,500 towards club funding per province up for grabs. The more participants we get, the quicker we will hit the target, so make sure that every step really does count! Steps Challenge is back!

Walk or run off the Christmas excess and kickstart 2026 Everyone’s welcome - whether you’re a seasoned runner or walker or just enjoy a leisurely stroll. The 5-week challenge starts next Wednesday. To take part over, simply download or update the MyLife App from Irish Life, register, join the Munster Challenge, select Gerald Griffins GAA & LGFA and link your Fitbit or other health device/app.
