This class comprises a series of twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises, some will know it as the Bikram sequence.
It is a scientifically devised series of hatha yoga postures to bring balance, strength and flexibility into the body and mind.
The sequence of postures performed in a room heated 38 to 40°c.
