Friday Castletroy Park Hotel 7am to 10am
Saturday Ennis Leisure Centre 8am to 11am SHANNON CLASS: Oakwood Arms, Shannon, Clare. Class every Tuesday morning. Morning Class: 6.30am - 10am. CHARLEVILLE CLASS: Charleville Park Hotel, Charleville, Cork. Classes every Tuesday 5 PM to 7 PM

Wednesday Morning Class: 6.30am - 10:00am
