Delicious quick and tasty dinner using prawns 🦐 and chorizo. Please note it's 1.5 Bites per serving as 40g Chorizo is 3 Bites but so worth it! You don't have to use raw prawns frozen ones work just as well.

Congrats to Nicola who received another 7 lb cert in Unislim Mungret this evening having lost over a stone and a half since she began her journey in Jan..well done Nicola!
7 lb certs went to camera shy Maire and a Mayo visitor Phyllis (one of Maureen Gannon Gallaghers ladies) who also has lost over a stone and a half in total..
